Bar and Bartenders

Our bar service includes a fully draped bar that will match the linens used for your event, silver serving equipment, highball glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, snacks for the bar and experienced bartenders. AST will also provide soft drinks, mixers, and bar fruit for the full bar set up.  All alcoholic beverages must be provided by the client or by the event facility.

We recommend one Bartender for every 75 guests for full bar and one bartender for every 100 guests for the beer and wine bar.  If you choose to have several bar locations for your event we will add additional bartenders as well as bar backs.
